To facilitate this, Rebecca integrates multiple evidence-based techniques, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy. Additionally, she practices as a trauma-informed therapist, empowering clients to better understand their own unique nervous systems. She believes every person and every situation is unique, so she is adaptable. She has also received training in CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Solutions-focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy and can integrate as needed. Rebecca prioritizes a collaborative approach to counseling and can help clients explore the tools, self-understanding, and support needed to improve their mental health. Rebecca is passionate about working with clients in the treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, behavioral concerns, trauma, stress, social and relational issues, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. Rebecca is particularly passionate about working with pre-adolescent, adolescent, and young adult clients as they navigate the unique challenges of their life stages.
