    Today’s teens are facing unprecedented mental health challenges. The isolation due to COVID- 19 has intensified stresses experienced from academic pressures, social media, cyberbullying, electronic sensory overload and an unstable political climate.

    During this course using the Stressed Teen Program, teens ages 13-17 will learn to develop mindfulness skills to improve mental health and reduce stress. Teens will be empowered to increase self-esteem and take control of their well-being, creating a renewed sense of enthusiasm and hope (Stressed Teens, 2021).
