    Emma holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, where she developed a passion for helping youth thrive in their emotional and social development. She believes in the power of integrating mind-body awareness through somatic therapy techniques, allowing children and adolescents to connect with their feelings and sensations in a safe environment. She also works with adults utilizing somatic therapy techinques and CBT.

    Play therapy is another cornerstone of Emma’s style of therapy, where she engages children in therapeutic play to facilitate expression and healing. By harnessing the natural language of play, Emma helps her young clients explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop coping skills essential for growth.

    In addition to her clinical work, Emma enjoys spending time outdoors, whether hiking in nature trails or camping. She finds solace in reading and cherishes quiet moments cuddling with her beloved cat.
