Khrystsina Isayeuskaya, LMSW
Khrystsina is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Tennessee. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in psychology and her master’s degree in social work from the University of Tennessee. She has experience working in an inpatient level 1 trauma hospital and various intensive outpatient settings. She gained knowledge and experience working with a wide range of mental health concerns, including eating disorders, medical trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, and neurodiversity. Throughout her time in the field, she has facilitated psychoeducational, skills-based, and emotional processing groups. Khrystsina enjoys working with eating disorders and body image concerns (adults and adolescents, ages 13+), supporting clients through overcoming perfectionism and burnout, providing neurodiversity-affirming care, navigating challenging relationship dynamics, life transitions (college, identity), and is proud to offer a safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community. She takes a collaborative and individualized approach to therapy based on needs, strengths, learning styles, and interests. She offers support by helping clients resolve inner and relational conflicts, increase insight, build confidence through skills training and coping, and a sense of empowerment to help individuals live a life that is aligned with their values and true sense of self.
Khrystsina utilizes various approaches during her sessions and pulls from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) and mindfulness-based approaches.
In her free time Khrystsina enjoys live music, reading, working on creative projects, and spending time with her animals.
