Eden has worked with a wide range of individuals, primarily adults, with a wide range of mental health issues such as bipolar and other mood disorders, anxiety, drug and alcohol addiction, schizophrenia/psychosis, and personality disorders. Eden takes a non-directive approach to counseling and lets clients lead the session, as her goal is for therapy to feel more like a conversation and a collaborative effort between two individuals. Eden uses techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients navigate various areas of life and different life transitions. Eden also incorporates mindfulness skills for her clients as it is an evidence based skill that can help almost anyone. Eden is currently accepting new clients and would love to help you navigate through some of your goals for your future as well as some of the struggles you may be experiencing. If you are looking for a therapist who is casual, understanding, empathetic and open-minded then you have found the right person!
