Bethany Genrich-Loveday

Owner/LCSW

Bethany Genrich-Loveday, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the proud owner of Knoxville Mindful Wellness Center, LLC. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2009 and is licensed by the Tennessee Board of Social Workers.

Bethany is deeply committed to helping clients navigate and reduce the impact of painful thoughts, emotions, memories, and physical sensations, while fostering a path toward intentional, values-based living. She specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, eating disorders, trauma-related problems, and the behavioral management of chronic pain.

Her clinical approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, blending Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Therapies, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. Since beginning her career in 2009, Bethany has worked in a variety of community mental health settings and has provided care at an intensive outpatient program for eating disorders. In 2016, she transitioned into private practice, where she continues to dedicate herself to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for her clients.

Since the start of her career in 2009, Bethany has carried a clear vision: to create a group outpatient psychotherapy practice that not only delivers exceptional, evidence-based care, but also fosters professional collaboration, nurtures mindful living, and supports a sustainable work-life balance for clinicians. In 2020, she transformed that vision into reality by founding Knoxville Mindful Wellness Center.

Today, Bethany is honored to lead a team of highly skilled and compassionate therapists who share a commitment to excellence, integrity, and holistic healing. Under her leadership, the practice has grown into a thriving community that reflects the core values of mindfulness, professionalism, dependability, inclusion, and authenticity.

As the founder and owner, Bethany continues to provide psychotherapy for adults and offers clinical supervision for Licensed Master Social Workers, while guiding the overall mission and direction of the Center with dedication and pride.
